JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Semra (Chiutaha) P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 328 and 306 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per F.I.R. is that when the brother of the informant (deceased) had gone to his sasural for bring back his wife, but the petitioners did not allow their daughter to go with the deceased, due to that the brother of the informant consumed poison and committed suicide.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and the F.I.R. itself shows that the deceased has committed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76370 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 suicide. Petitioners are in judicial custody since 23.09.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bagaha, District West Champaran, in connection with Semra (Chiutaha) P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018.
