The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No.161 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, some miscreants used to tease the informant while she was going to work. FIR is against unknown and later on name of the petitioner transpired.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner had been brought to the police station where he has got to be identified but no TIP was held, moreover he is in custody since 24.8.2019 as well as he is ready to co-operate in disposal of the trial and the charge-sheet has already been

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM V, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No.161 of 2019 with condition that he has to co-operate in the investigation and further he will no way threaten the informant and her family members during the pendency of this case.. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
