Petitioners seek bail in Terhagachh P.S. Case No.91 of 2018 (Special Case No.241 of 2018) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 41(a), 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is alleged that 23.700 litres Nepali liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioners. Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are in custody since 25.09.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
