Petitioner seeks bail in Pirbahore P.S. Case No.572 of 2018, registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 23 liters of English wine was recovered from a box made of iron but since petitioner started fleeing away, he was implicated in the case. Petitioner is in jail since 03.10.2018. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No.572 of 2018.
