The petitioner seeks bail in Town P.S. Case No.258 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

7 bottles each containing 750 ml. and 24 bottles each containing 375 ml. Indian made foreign liquor, kept in a bag inside the vehicle bearing registration No.BR-33K-1654, was recovered and petitioner was found there. It is submitted that on account of enmity, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case showing false recovery of liquor. Petitioner is in jail since 22.10.2018.

Considering the facts that petitioner has already remained in jail for about two months for recovery of meagre
