2. The present contempt application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the erring officials/opposite parties for not complying order dated 01.08.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11402 of 2024.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of O.P. Nos.

Patna High Court MJC No.3871 of 2024(9) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 4 and 6. Referring to the statements made in paragraph Nos. 8 and 9 of the show cause, learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the claim of the petitioner has been redressed by the Circle Officer vide order dated 09.11.2025. He further submits that the petitioner is aggrieved with private respondent No. 8 (O.P. No. 8 herein) and they have amicably settled their dispute and accordingly order dated 09.11.2025 was passed stating that provision of Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 is not attracted.

4. In view of the above, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
