The petitioner seeks regular bail in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 186/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. is against unknown. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No test identification parade has been held. Name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Sanjay Kumar. Petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74376 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge IXcum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Patna in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 186/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of petitioner.
