Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.9238 of 2018 arising out of Sahjahanpur P.S. Case No.78 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 38(1), 37(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 30 litres wine has been recovered from the Baghar situated near the house of this petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74672 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.9238 of 2018 arising out of Sahjahanpur P.S. Case No.78 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
