The petitioners seek bail in Azam Nagar (Salmari) P.S. case No. 246 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

the police intercepted a Hundai Santro car bearing registration No. MH 12 BG 578 and 61.650 liters of IMFL of different brands was recovered. The owner of the vehicle was Kundan Anand Singh. The petitioners were occupant of the vehicle and they had no knowledge about the articles kept in the vehicle. The petitioners are in custody since 17.10.2018. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that
