JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 The learned lower Court vide letter no.255 dated 01.07.2019 has sought six months more time to conclude the trial submitting that out of eight witnesses five have already been examined by the prosecution and three are yet to be examined.

Vide order dated 02.01.2019 Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna was also directed to ensure the presence of the witnesses in the case on each and every date fixed without fail and five months time was given to the learned Trial Court but the trial has not yet been concluded.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The
