====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 417 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 511 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner and other coaccused person having tried to kidnap the son of the informant, however, on alarm being raised, they fled away. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the petitioner is accused in one other cases, but he is on bail in the said case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in custody since 13.08.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the period of incarceration of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 417 of 2019.
