2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.5.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11432 of 2023 with a direction to trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as soon as possible.

4. In compliance of order dated 15.12.2023, a progress report dated 23.12.2023 has been received from which it appears that the case is pending for recording the prosecution witness.

5. In that view of the matter, this application stands disposed off.

7. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months positively, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) sushma/- U
