JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 Heard Sri Pushpendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, who are in custody in C-2 / 527 of 2018 registered for offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, have prayed for grant of bail. Both the petitioners are in custody only since 04-102018. In the case, from petitioners, recovery of about 180 litres of Nepali Saufi Wine has been shown by S.S.B. In view of facts and circumstances, for the present case, I am not inclined to grant bail.

The petition stands dismissed.

However, petitioners would be at liberty to renew

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70388 of 2018(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 their prayer for bail after three months.
