JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2024 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the Circle Officer, Manjha, District-Gopalganj to issue and supply the certified copy of entire order-sheet of Encroachment Case No.19 of 2022-23, including the final order passed by him.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had approached the respondent no.5 by presenting an application for supply of the certified copy of the entire order-sheet of Encroachment Case No.19 of 2022-23, but the respondent no.5 has refused to accept the same, hence it is prayed that appropriate directions be issued to the Circle Officer, Manjha, District-Gopalganj and some protection be

Patna High Court CWJC No.17467 of 2024(2) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 granted to the petitioner during the interregnum period in order to enable the petitioner to obtain certified copy, as aforesaid, and file appropriate appeal.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Circle Officer, Manjha, District-Gopalganj to supply the certified copy of the entire order-sheet of Encroachment Case No.19 of 2022-23, including the final order passed by him, if any, within a period of 48 hours from today, failing which he shall not draw his salary.

4. It is needless to state that the respondents shall maintain status quo, existing as on today, qua the land/house of the petitioner in question, for a period of four weeks from today.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
