The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S. case No. 612 of 2018 registered under Section 420, 487, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 10 of Bihar Examination Control Act.
The petitioner was trying to enter into examination hall by impersonating an examinee in order to appear at the examination in his place.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an attempt was made to impersonate an examinee but the petitioner was apprehended at the entrance of examination hall. The petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2018 and he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73770 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the lime amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. case No. 612 of 2018.
