JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-02-2023 It is an admitted position from Annexures '5' and '6' of the writ application that the petitioner himself took a conscious decision to leave the Force and showed his unwillingness to join the post of S.I. (GD).

At this stage, the petitioner is looking for a sympathetic consideration on the ground that the financial condition of his family is not good, therefore, he may be allowed to join the Force.

This Court is of the considered opinion that in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.295 of 2023(2) dt.27-02-2023 2/2 given facts of the case, no writ of Mandamus may be issued. This writ application is dismissed.
