Patna High Court MJC No.2702 of 2022 dt.19-06-2024 2/2 by the respondents. Pursuant to the petitioner's representation/ letter his grievance had been redressed and released certain amounts in terms of annexure-4 on 30.09.2022. Petitioner is not satisfied with the aforementioned settlement vide annexure-4. In such circumstances, question of entertaining the present contempt petition is not warranted for the reasons that there is no specific direction to the concerned respondents to disburse a particular amount. Prima facie, there are disputed issue which cannot be adjudicated in the contempt of court case/proceedings.

2. Accordingly, the present contempt proceedings stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to invoke relevant clause in the agreement stated to have been executed by the petitioner with the respondents and before the appropriate forum.
