JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 It is being pointed out by the office that the instant application, was an application under Section 14 A (2) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act for grant of regular bail to the appellant, who was in custody since 15.07.2019. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a typographical error has been committed in the order dated 06.12.2019 granting bail wherein direction has been given to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest /surrender treating the application to be an anticipatory bail. Let the order dated 06.12.2019 be treated to be an order passed in an application for regular bail and the same is modified to the extent that the appellant, who is in custody since 15.07.2019, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4728 of 2019(5) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge-SC/ST Act, Lakhisarai in connection with Kiul P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019.
