The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 772 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding an accident having taken place whereafter the nephews of the informant are said to have been assaulted by a mob of 100 persons including the petitioners resulting in the said nephews of the informant receiving grievous injuries.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he was coming back from his work place through the road situated at Musahar Tola and was trapped in the commotion whereafter he has been falsely implicated in the

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- I, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 772 of 2019.
