JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 262 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 509, 504, 506, 312 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, including Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the informant and there is allegation against her that she instigated the husband of the informant to assault her and got her pregnancy aborted and there is also allegation of demand of dowry.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation against her and only allegation that she instigated husband of informant. Heard learned APP also.

No.70015 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Gaya, in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 262 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
