Petitioner is accused in connection with Sour Bazar (Patarghat O.P.) P.S. Case No. 285 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 342, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the specific allegation is against co-accused Vimal Yadav. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.09.2019.
