The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 176 of 2018 for the offences under Section 25(1-b)a and 26/35 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal history and he is in custody since27.09.2018.
Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail after 21.03.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Chief Judicial
