2. Vide order dated 07.01.2025, this Court directed the Principal of Sitamarhi Institute of Technology, Sitamarhi to allow the petitioners to attend the classes of 7th Semester.

3. In view of the aforesaid and in the facts and circumstances of the case, since petitioner no.1 has attended 12

Patna High Court CWJC No.17029 of 2024(3) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 classes out of 15 classes, the respondent authorities are directed to allow the petitioner no.1 to appear in VII Semester Examination of B. Tech , which is scheduled to be commenced from 17th February, 2025.

4. As petitioner nos. 2 & 3 have not made 75% attendance out of 15 classes which was conducted in compliance of order dated 07.01.2025, they are not allowed to appear in VII Semester Examination of B. Tech

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.

6. Interlocutory Application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
