JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 259 of 2018, for the offenses under Sections 324, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 3.5.2018. He further submits that allegation in this case is that on account of demand of previous outstanding amount made by the informant, the accused persons including the petitioner threw bomb on the informant which caused injury to the informant.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 3.5.2018, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
