The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019, registered under Sections 306, 328, 201 and 498 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the marriage of Rinku Kumari was performed with Pravin Kumar @ Chhotu on 04.05.2018 and she came to her matrimonial house with gifted articles, but, after some times, her in-laws started to torture her for demand of cash of Rs. One Lakh for the purpose of business. When she made complaint to her husband then her husband made protest against the said demand then his family members became annoyed to him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, due to bitter relationship in between informant and her husband Pravin Kumar, who is son of the petitioner, Pravin Kumar, son of petitioner, committed suicide and taking the advantage of death of Pravin Kumar, his wife informant Rinku Kumari lodged the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is father in law of the informant and father of deceased Pravin Kumar and he is in custody since 02.09.2019. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant submits that after the death of her husband, informant was not permitted to come at her matrimonial house to attend last rituals of her husband. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Begusarai in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019.
