2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sabour P.S.Case No. 370 of 2023.
3. As per the allegation, the petitioner assaulted the son of the informant with a knife causing injury on his forehead.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. The FIR itself shows that altercation took place on the trivial issue of quarreling of children and the injuries are simple in nature. He has also

5. On the other hand, Mr. Shailendra Kumar, the learned APP opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail, but fairly admitted that the injuries are simple in nature.
6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S.Case No. 370 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
