JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Surajpura (Suryapura) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 504, 307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that the petitioner has called the husband of the informant for panchayati, where one Nirmal Kumar Singh was already present and during altercation Nirmal Kumar Singh fired on the husband of the informant due to which he received injury.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation of firing is against one Nirmal Kumar Singh and allegation against the petitioner is only that he has called the husband of the informant and the petitioner is in judicial custody
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71530 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 since 18.08.2018 and charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Bikramganj, District Rohtas, in connection with Surajpura (Suryapura) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2018. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sunilkumar/ Amjad/- U T
