Petitioners seek bail in Case No. C-III-187 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, pending in the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd, Siwan.
It is alleged that 1040.760 litres illicit liquor has been recovered from the box of truck. The petitioners are said to Driver and Khalasi of the aforesaid truck.
Keeping in view recovery of huge quantity of illicit liquor, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71395 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 Prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is rejected at this stage.
