Petitioner seeks bail in Mufassil P.S. Case No.256 of 2018, registered under Sections 401, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others were apprehended along with two motorcycles and the petitioner was driving the motorcycle. It is alleged that both the motorcycles are theft property.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and no material has been collected to show that the recovered motorcycles from the possession of the petitioner and others were stolen one.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75356 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for four months without having any criminal antecedent, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.256 of 2018.
