JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 163 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of causing dowry death of the deceased. Petitioner nos.1 & 3 are father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively of the deceased and petitioner no.2 is the first wife of petitioner no.1.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioners and at the time of cremation of dead-body of the deceased, the grandfather of the deceased was also present there, however in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71667 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 spite of that the present case has been lodged with ulterior motive. Further the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in judicial custody since 04.09.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant, they have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XIth Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jandaha P.S.
