The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bisfi (Batauna) P.S. Case no.235 of 2015 dated 27.9.2015 corresponding to G.R.No.164 of 2015 and S.T.No.200 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner who happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased causing her death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the charge sheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the IPC after investigation and no specific allegation has been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71703 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 attributed against her and the husband has already been granted bail vide order dated 30.11.2016 in Cr. Misc. No.36 978 of 2017 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 6th Madhubani in connection with Bisfi (Patauna ) P.S.Case no.235 of 2015 dated 27.9.2015 corresponding to (G.R.No.164 of 2015) and S.T.No.200 of 2015..
With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
