2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 191 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, both parties are neighbours and belong to the same village, the nature of the injuries sustained by the informant and his son falsifies the manner of occurrence as described in the FIR, and according to the allegation, the petitioner pressed the neck of the informant during the commission of the occurrence; however, no injury
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77064 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 was found on the informant's neck and further, the informant sustained only two injuries, which were opined to be simple in nature and caused by a hard and blunt object, whereas, the allegation suggests that the petitioner was carrying a khanti at the time of the occurrence.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, and considering the above submissions, mainly the nature of the allegation appearing against this petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 191 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
