Patna High Court CWJC No.23002 of 2019(2) dt.22-11-2019 2/2 their grievance that the meeting of the Managing Committee are not being called and the elected members are not being allowed to participate in the meeting, in the opinion of this court, no separate court fee would be required to be filed for petitioner no. 2 to 5. Defect nos. 65 & 77 are therefore liable to be ignored.
The Writ Application has been heard with consent of the parties, in the nature of the reliefs prayed in the writ application, the Registrar, Cooperative Society, Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 3) is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioners and after hearing all concern take an appropriate decision and issue direction in accordance with law. Such exercise must be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
The Writ Application stands disposed off accordingly.
