2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Both the parties have jointly informed that they are ready to reconcile their matrimonial relationship outside the court by way of mediation.

5. Considering the desire of the parties and the fact that the FIR has been lodged as a result of the strained matrimonial relationship between the informant and the petitioner, who are wife and husband respectively, I find it proper to direct the learned Mediator, District Mediation Centre, to resolve the dispute between the husband and the wife and submit a report before the learned District Court well within a period of four months.

6. Both the parties are directed to appear before the learned Mediator, District Mediation Centre on 22.01.2025 at 04:30 PM.

7. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari/ successor Court, in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section

8. The bail application stands disposed of.
