2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the IPC .

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have caught hold the hair of the informant and assaulted him three to fours time by means of knife on his neck, thigh and back due to which he sustained multiple injury .

4. Considering the fact that petitioner has caused multiple injury to the informant and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
