The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 9258 of 2018 arising out of Paliganj P.S. Case No. 323 of 2018, for the offense under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 2.10.2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 9258 of 2018 arising out of Paliganj P.S. Case No. 323 of 2018.
