JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 19-12-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50760 of 2017 by which petitioner along with others have been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint case No.132 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Sasaram.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner could not surrender in time as he was living in Ludhiana in connection with livelihood.

In view of such, four weeks' further time from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioner on bail as per order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76295 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 08.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50760 of 2017. This Modification Application is, accordingly, allowed.
