The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria P.S.Case No.517 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of theft of the motorcycle of the informant and further he is accused in two other cases.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement, there is nothing against him and he is in custody for six months and there is no recovery from him.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73923 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist class, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.Case No.517 of 2016. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
