2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakarbandha P.S. Case No.17 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of theft of motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to oblique reasons. From perusal of the records, it appears that there is considerable gap of time duration between the time of incident and preparation of seizure list. Petitioner is in custody since

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for regular bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners above named be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Chakarbandha PS Case No. 17 of 2023.
