====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 12-02-2025 Heard Learned Counsel for the petitioners and Learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.446 of 2023 arising out of Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2023 lodged on 01.03.2023, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against four named accused persons including the present petitioners against whom there is allegation that all accused persons in connivance with each other have killed the informant's son when he went to his Sasural.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Counsel submits that petitioner no.1 is the cousin father in law and petitioner no.2 is mother in law of the deceased. Counsel submits that the said occurrence took place at the Sasural of the deceased. Counsel submits that the deceased along with his wife and children came to Sasural and staying there since last 7-8 days and due to petty issue, the deceased has committed suicide and the information of suicide has well communicated to the informant. They immediately reached at the house of the petitioners and cremation took place. But after one day of the occurrence, the present FIR has been filed. Counsel further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 04.07.2023. Counsel further submits that charge has already been framed in this case and two co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 21.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.83291 of 2023.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the petitioners above named be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) each with
