The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is alleged that the petitioner attacked with an iron rod, no such injuries have been found on the informant. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and, therefore, may be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, be released on bail on
