2. The present appeal has been filed:

"u/o 43, Rule 1(r) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by the defendants no. 1 and 2 appellants against the order dated 29.04.2019 passed by the learned Sub-Judge-14, Ara in T.S. No.259 of 2018 (Ranjita Kumari-Plaintiff Versus Manorma Devi and others-Defendants) by which impugned Order, the Learned Court below directed both the parties to maintain the status-quo and also restrained them from any sale regarding the suit

Patna High Court MA No.849 of 2019(5) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 property and the said Order of injunction obtained by the plaintiff-Respondent No.1 by committing fraud by filing forged Vakalatnama with forged signatures of the Defendants-Appellants."
