ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No.61 of 2017 (G.R. No.2158/2017) for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 149, 188, 186, 353, 114 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, which is neither specific nor distinct and that he is said to be part of the crowd which had gathered and had caused traffic jam and there being no specific allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of
