Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 448, 354, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly on account of land dispute the occurrence took place. There is case and counter case in which both sides have sustained injuries.
Considering the fact that there is land dispute of both sides and case and counter case and the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent as per statement in para-3, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13739 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Amba P.S.
