1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The petitioners have filed the instant application for the following reliefs:
"(a) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Respondents to grant 3rd M.A.C.P. along with its consequential benefits and fix the grade pay of the petitioner Rs.6600/-as the petitioners superannuated from their service after
Patna High Court CWJC No.18107 of 2025(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/3 completion of more than 30 years service, (b)For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Respondents to fix the pension of the petitioners as per grade pay of Rs.6600.00.
(c) To grant any other relief or reliefs under which the petitioner found entitled to the facts and circumstances of the case."

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having gone through the contents of the petition, the instant application is disposed of directing the petitioners to file their individual/separate representation before the respondent authorities for the grievances raised in the instant application within a period of four weeks. In case such a representation is filed, the respondents shall decide the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of its filing and in case any amount is found payable, the same shall also be paid to the petitioners within the aforesaid period.
6. In case any amount is not found payable/admissible, reasoned orders for the same shall be communicated to the petitioners within the aforesaid period.
7. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into the merits of the case of the petitioners which is to be decided by the respondent concerned.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations and directions.
