The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ or writs for quashing the notice dated 14.11.2022, issued by the Anchal Adhikari, Rampur in the name of dead person in Encroachment case no. 12 of 2017-18 under Section 3 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act for removal of encroachment from the land in question."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CWJC No.849 of 2023(2) dt.19-09-2023 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to prosecute the title suit filed by them bearing Title Suit no. 1595 of 2022, which is pending adjudication before the learned court of Sub-Judge-V, Bhabhua. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
