The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 82/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511/341/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main allegation is against one Bishnu Bind and not these petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners have been implicated on account of the fact that some money was lent by the father of the present petitioners to the informant and he started putting pressure for returning the same. It is next submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16670 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 are also having no criminal antecedent.
In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners abovenamed in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-1, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 82/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
