Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chenari PS Csse No.144/19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 342, 307, 427, 504 and 153A of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, petitioners and other accused persons stopped the tractor of the informant abused him, damaged the tractor and also assaulted him. There is specific allegation of assault against the other accused persons.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71013 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 that nos specific allegation has been attributed against these petitioners.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM IV, Sasaram, District Rohtas in connection with Chenari P.S.Case No.144 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
