JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Rampur P. S. Case No. 160 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 354, 354(A), 354(C), 354(D), 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. there is allegation against the petitioner is of talking the informant and also taking pictures and making it viral.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is the brother-in-law of cousin brother of the informant and he has falsely been implicated in this case in order to pressurize him to marry.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69210 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 above named, surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, on surrender, he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S.
