2. The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2019 in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 144 of 2018 for the offences alleged under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with alleged kidnapping of the informant's daughter. There is delay in institution of the F.I.R. on 03.05.2018 for the alleged occurrence of 20.04.2018. Statement of the so-called victim girl has been given under pressure. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP refers to the deposition of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. (Annexure-2) in which she has made direct accusation against the petitioner and co-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69585 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 accused Vijay Mahto of having made her unconscious and taken her away for purposes of marriage under threat of killing her upon showing the gun. She is alleged to be of 16 years of age.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
